Documentary on Latino Representation in Hollywood Set for Release

Turner Classic Movies (TCM) has secured exclusive rights to the documentary feature “Beyond The Border: Latino Representation in Hollywood,” directed by sisters Clara and Julia Kuperberg. Scheduled for release in September 2026, the film will debut during Hispanic Heritage Month. It aims to explore the historical struggle for Latino representation in Hollywood, highlighting how artists have worked to reclaim their image and reshape cinematic narratives. The documentary will incorporate archival footage and film clips, featuring prominent voices such as John Leguizamo, Esai Morales, and Edward James Olmos.
