A Russian naval vessel, the Amur Class Repair Ship PM-82, has been observed "waiting" in the English Channel, approximately 50 kilometers off the coast of Colchester. This 122-meter floating workshop is designed for the maintenance of ships and submarines, specifically supporting Vladimir Putin’s Baltic fleet. NATO Maritime Command (MARCOM) confirmed the ship's location on Monday evening, indicating that it was loitering near offshore UK wind farms.
