Meta Deploys Surveillance
- Meta Platforms will install mandatory keystroke-tracking software on U.S. employees’ computers to train AI models.
- The Model Capability Initiative (MCI) records keyboard input, mouse movements and periodic screenshots within approved apps.
- Meta says the data will be used only for AI training, with safeguards and no performance-review use.
