No. 2 placed Kanchanpur, Kailali, Doti, Bardiya, Banke and Surkhet on orange alert and placed Dadeldhura, Achham, Dailekh, Salyan, Rolpa, Pyuthan, Dang, Kapilvastu, Rupandehi, Arghakhanchi, Palpa and Parasi on yellow alert.
Dhangadi and Nepalgunj may reach 39-41 °C while Lamjung recorded 87.4 mm and Rolpa 65.2 mm of rain in 12 hours.
