Sony Revives Django/Zorro Film Project

Sony Pictures has entered early development on a feature that unites Django, the bounty-hunter from *Django Unchained*, with Zorro from *The Mask of Zorro*. Academy Award-winner Brian Helgeland is writing a new story that continues the 2014 seven-issue comic series. Quentin Tarantino, co-creator of the comic and director of the original *Django*, will not direct but has given the project his blessing. Sony declined comment.
