AWS Outage
- AWS experienced an outage Monday that broke DNS and blocked access to DynamoDB and other services.
- The DNS failure prevented millions of users from accessing banking, social, airline and shopping services for several hours.
- Rob Jardin, chief digital officer at NymVPN, said there was no sign of a cyberattack.
- AWS restored DNS by 6:35 am ET, urged customers to clear their cache and noted its last outage was in 2021.
