- On April 28 2026 U.S. announced $900 million reimbursements for Bluepoint Wind and Golden State Wind, offering up to $765 million for an LNG plant to Bluepoint and about $120 million to Golden State if they match investment in oil, gas or Gulf Coast infrastructure.
