Hint, an AI-driven home-management startup, secured $10 million in seed funding and will launch on desktop and iOS in summer 2026. After users enter a property address, the app pulls public data on weather, soil, air quality and listings, and accepts uploads of inspection reports, warranties and insurance policies.
