Commission Reports Abuse

The Civil Commission’s 298-page report identified 13 recurring patterns of sexual and gender-based abuse by Hamas during the Oct 7 attacks.
The findings were based on 1,800 hours of testimony, 10,000 digital items and 430 witness interviews from 52 nationalities.
Founder Cochav Elkayam-Levy said the findings let observers see the full extent of the horror.
The commission urged Israel and the world to create courts, prosecute offenders and sanction platforms.
