A child-sex sting used a fake teenage profile to lure former Winter Park business association head Alan Chambers.
Chambers was taken into custody Tuesday in Orange County, Florida, with a judge setting his bond at $15,000.
Believing he was messaging a 14-year-old on Snapchat, he actually spoke with an undercover sheriff.

Alan Chambers, former head of the anti-LGBTQ Exodus International, was arrested after an undercover deputy posed as a 14-year-old.
Orange County Jail booked him on charges of soliciting a minor, transmitting harmful material, and unlawful device use.
Chambers, former Exodus International leader, apologized in 2023 for harming the LGBTQ community.
A judge set $15,000 bond, barred contact and social-media use while the district declined comment.
