The BBC has commissioned a new television adaptation of Agatha Christie’s detective Hercule Poirot. Developed by Mammoth Screen, the series is planned for up to three seasons, with season 1 slated to debut in the second half of 2027. Writer Benji Walters – known for BBC’s *Noughts + Crosses* – is scripting the reboot. The series will be produced in partnership with Agatha Christie Limited.
