As of 26 May 2026 the U.S. Navy has carrier strike groups, amphibious ready groups and a range of surface combatants operating in the Pacific, Caribbean, Mediterranean, Red Sea, Arabian Sea and Indian Ocean.

Pacific & Indian Ocean
USS George Washington (CVN-73) departed Yokosuka, Japan. USS Boxer (LHD-4) arrived in Singapore, forming the Boxer ARG with USS Comstock (LSD-45) and USS Portland (LPD-27) and the 11th MEU. Littoral combat ships USS Canberra LCS-30, USS Tulsa LCS-16 and USS Santa Barbara LCS-32 are home-ported in Manama, Bahrain.
