UN Blacklists Forces

The UN report recorded 310 sexual-violence incidents by Russian forces in Ukraine and cited multiple Israeli abuses of Palestinian detainees.
UN officials added Israeli and Russian security forces to its annual conflict-related sexual-violence blacklist.
Israeli Ambassador Danny Danon called the report shameful and threatened ties with UN Antonio Guterres.
Ukraine was not placed on the blacklist despite 31 documented cases involving its security forces.

WCC Condemns Strikes

The World Council of Churches condemned Russian drone and missile strikes on Kyiv, demanding an immediate end to the war.
Russian attacks killed about 18 people and injured more than 100 in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities.
Earlier this month, 24 were killed in Kyiv while 21 students died in Luhansk dormitory.
The WCC urged member churches and people to pray and act for lasting peace worldwide.
