Alabama State Banned
- The NCAA permanently banned four former Alabama State University men’s basketball players for fixing the Dec. 5, 2024 game against Southern Miss.
- Amarr Knox, Shawn Fulcher, Corey Hines and Tony Madlock took $2,000 from two bettors, who were later indicted on wire fraud and bribery in January 2026.
- The players are permanently ineligible, missed the 2025-26 season, and cannot be reinstated without Alabama State’s assistance.
