Hochul Breaks Ground
- Governor Kathy Hochul and MTA Chair Janno Lieber broke ground on June 8 2026 for the Second Avenue Subway Phase 2.
- The $6.968 billion project will push the Q train to 125th Street and Lexington Avenue, linking 4, 5, 6 lines and Metro-North.
