Bleecker Street and LD Entertainment Secure U.S. Rights to Anton Corbijn’s “A Talent For Murder”

Bleecker Street and LD Entertainment have jointly secured U.S. distribution rights to Anton Corbijn’s thriller “A Talent For Murder.” The story follows a young New York literary agent (Alden Ehrenreich) sent to Switzerland to convince novelist Patricia Highsmith (Helen Mirren) to write a final Ripley installment. Olivia Cooke co-stars. The film is slated for a theatrical release in the United States this fall.

The film adapts Joanna Murray-Smith’s 2014 play “Switzerland,” for which she also wrote the screenplay. Corbijn, known for “The American,” directs.
