EU-Korea Deal
- Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Portuguese Prime Minister Antonio Costa and South Korean President Lee Jae-myung signed the EU-Korea Digital Trade Agreement on Wednesday.
- They condemned Russia-DPRK military cooperation, launched an EU-Korea Competitiveness Partnership and Economic Dialogue, and pledged to negotiate a Security of Information Agreement.
- The pact, covering €124 billion in 2025 EU-Korea trade, will enable data flows and prompted ORAFOL and Prodrive Technologies to announce Korean expansions.
