SpaceX Acquires Cursor
- SpaceX announced it will acquire AI coding company Cursor for $60 billion.
- The deal, expected to close in Q3 2026, follows SpaceX’s record IPO that lifted its shares about 5 percent.
- If the transaction fails, SpaceX must pay a $1.5 billion termination fee and $8.5 billion in computing services.
