Skyguide Airspace Closure
- Skyguide closed airspace east of Bern on 21 June 2026 after a last-minute no-fly zone for U.S.–Iran peace talks triggered a technical fault.
- The fault disabled radar at Dübendorf and Zurich’s control tower, halting take-offs; by midday 12 arrivals and 14 departures were cancelled and at least 60 departures delayed.
- Air traffic resumed from 7:45 a.m., normal operations returned later, and Skyguide kept a slight overflight reduction until 8:00 a.m. Monday.
