Sony Launches Reon Pocket Pro Plus in US and Reon Pocket 6 in Malaysia

In July 2026 Sony Electronics began shipping the Reon Pocket Pro Plus in the United States and introduced the sixth-generation Reon Pocket 6 in Malaysia. Both are wearable thermoelectric units designed for neck wear.

Both models use a Peltier element that creates a hot side and a cold side when powered. The Pro Plus plate can be set from 41 °F to 104 °F via the app or device; its 3,000 mAh battery lasts up to 15 hours in smart cooling and recharges in 3 h 20 min. The Pocket 6 adds a Compact DUAL Thermo Module with two alternating cooling elements, delivering up to 2 °C more cooling than the previous model after ten minutes in a 35 °C environment. The Pro Plus weighs 8.7 oz, runs silently, and has side buttons for temperature changes without a phone. The Pocket 6’s neckband is wider, more flexible, and features an extendable vent.
