The video ends with Trump’s prescription: turn off fake news, say prayers, and drink a Diet Coke. The post follows a series of AI content Trump has shared since early 2025, including a Christ-like avatar he later said depicted him as a doctor, an AI portrait of him as the Pope, a Superman-style illustration, an October 2025 video of him as a king dropping feces on protesters, and a February 2024 clip that rendered Barack and Michelle Obama as apes, which the White House initially defended as satire before deleting it.

Trump has asserted that TDS is a medical condition, a claim he made during a May Oval Office briefing. He defended the Christ-like AI image as depicting him as a doctor. When asked about the February Obama video, he said he liked the opening segment and had not reviewed the remainder. The White House has not issued a formal comment on the March 2026 “Dr. Trump” video.
