- ShinyHunters threatened a ransom on June 12, released the Madison Square Garden security staff’s “talent” database four days later, and triggered class-action lawsuits.
- The database holds 39,539 entries, about 400 of which are assigned low, medium or high risk scores, with high-risk names including Freddie Gibbs, Lil Jon, DaBaby and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and low-risk tags covering Ice Spice, Selena Gomez and Michael Strahan.
- Ninety-three entries are flagged “LGBTQIA,” such as Phoebe Bridgers, Ricky Martin and Emily Green.
