In the week of the UN visit, the UAE dispatched four convoys comprising 47 lorries carrying essential supplies, including food and shelter equipment, to Gaza. In addition, the UAE announced an extra contribution of Dh 36.7 million (approximately $9.9 million) to support civilians affected by the hostilities. These resources complement the medical services offered by the field hospital, which serves a growing number of patients amid limited local capacity.
