- The list targets Corneille Nangaa of Allied Forces of the Congo (AFC), John Imani Nzenze, M23 intelligence chief, and Gustave Kubwayo of Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR).
- The sanctions impose an arms embargo, travel ban and asset freeze, after the United States sanctioned Nzenze and Kubwayo last month.
