India Summons Russia
- India's Foreign Ministry summoned Russian chargé d’affaires Vladimir Ladanov to protest the missile strike that killed four Indian seafarers.
- Ukraine reported that Russia fired three missiles at the Guinea-Bissau-flagged cargo ship Golden Leo on Sunday, killing ten crew members, including the four Indians.
- India called the attack unacceptable, saying it threatens maritime safety, and highlighted its 320,000 seafarers in 2025, among the world’s largest.
