Marcus Fleming, a 22-year-old from Cedarmount, Antrim, appeared before Belfast Crown Court and admitted unlawfully killing 74-year-old pensioner Anthony “Tony” Miskimmon. The assault on Station Road left Miskimmon unconscious; he died in hospital several days later in November 2024. When asked to enter a plea on the manslaughter charge, Fleming responded “guilty.”
