7/22/2026, 12:00:37 PM

New Video and Upcoming Album

Marilyn Manson released an official music video for “Front Toward Enemy,” directed by Henri Alexander Levy. The track serves as the second advance single from the forthcoming album One Assassination Under God – Chapter 2, co-produced and co-written with longtime collaborator Tyler Bates. The album is scheduled for release on August 14 through Nuclear Blast Records. “Front Toward Enemy” originally appeared as a B-side to the earlier single “Raise The Red Flag.”

Expanded Tour Dates

In support of the new material, Manson has added three dates to his 30th-anniversary Antichrist Superstar residency, extending shows to New Orleans, San Antonio, and Austin. The tour will co-head with Rob Zombie and follows Manson’s return to the stage on August 2, 2024, the kickoff concert of Five Finger Death Punch’s summer arena tour.

Recent Label Deal and Production

Manson’s partnership with Nuclear Blast Records was announced in May 2024, shortly after rumors of a completed album surfaced. Prior to this, Manson’s 2020 album *We Are Chaos* was his last full-length release.

Legal Controversies and Public Statements

Over the past four years, Manson has faced multiple civil lawsuits alleging sexual, emotional, and physical abuse, most prominently from actress Evan Rachel Wood. Manson has denied all allegations, stating that his intimate relationships have always been consensual. He has countersued several accusers, and judges have dismissed a number of the abuse suits. In 2022, he was dropped by former label Loma Vista Recordings and talent agency CAA following the accusations.

Timeline

  • May 2024 – Nuclear Blast partnership announced.
  • August 2, 2024 – First live performance since 2019, opening Five Finger Death Punch tour.
  • August 14 – Release date for *One Assassination Under God – Chapter 2*.

The new video, expanded tour, and album release collectively signal Manson’s renewed activity amid ongoing legal disputes.
