Track List Unveiled After Leak
Following an online leak of the album’s contents, Bridgers posted the official track list on Instagram, writing that the information had been “leaked so here it is!” The record comprises 16 songs divided into three sides. Side A opens with “The Outside” and includes the lead single “Lost Boys,” “Kill Me,” “The Governor’s Waltz,” and “Bobby.” Side B features the title track “Lost Weekend,” “Haunted,” “Panorama,” “Still Standing,” and “Liberty Tree.” Side C contains “Never Going Back!,” “Other Plans,” “Lost Parade,” “I Can’t Wait,” “As Above,” and closes with “Lost Weekend (Reprise).” The announcement confirms that, aside from background vocals by Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus on “Lost Boys,” the album lists no other credited guest artists.
Album Context and Production
“Lost Weekend” is Bridgers’ third solo album and her first full-length release since 2020’s *Punisher*. The project is issued by Dead Oceans and is co-produced by Bridgers herself alongside Tony Berg, Ethan Gruska, and Jack Antonoff. The 16-track, three-side format makes it the longest album in her catalog to date.
Promotion and Phone-Free Tour
In the weeks preceding the track-list reveal, Bridgers concluded a series of pop-up performances with a phone-free show at Madison Square Garden on June 4. She will launch “The Lost Tour” in Indianapolis later this month, with additional dates in Brooklyn, Los Angeles, and Nashville before heading to the United Kingdom and Europe in November. The North American leg will remain phone-free, and indie musician Alex G has been announced as the opening act.
Release Schedule and Additional Details
The album is slated for release on August 14 via Dead Oceans. The previously released single “Lost Boys,” which appears on Side A, serves as the lead promotion for the forthcoming record.
