Zhongji Shares Fall
- Zhongji Innolight's shares fell up to 5% after its Hong Kong debut.
- It raised HK$53.4 billion ($6.8 billion) at HK$980 per share, below the HK$1,010 cap and valued at HK$1 trillion, the second-largest Asian listing of 2026.
- Zhongji, holding about 21% of the optical-transceiver market, saw retail demand 16.8 times the shares offered, international demand 9.7 times, and will allocate proceeds to R&D, overseas capacity, supply-chain upgrades and acquisitions.
