Latisha Collier, 39, a former participant in the reality series *Love After Lockup*, was sentenced on a Thursday to 15 years in an Iowa prison for each of two counts—one for forgery and one for theft. Fraudulent Housing Scheme
Investigators disclosed that after being denied housing in March 2024, Collier applied for a LeClaire residence in August of that year using another individual’s identification, Social Security number and tax documents. She also signed the lease under the victim’s name. The scheme was facilitated by Collier’s decade-long role as the victim’s business and tax accountant, which gave her access to personal and financial information.
Prior Legal History
Collier’s television storyline highlighted her marriage to Keith Michael Collier, who completed part of a 14-year federal sentence for distributing crack cocaine and was released early in January 2025. The couple was arrested together in November 2025 on drug-possession charges; however, Latisha Collier’s possession charge was later dismissed.

The Scott County Sheriff, speaking through KWQC, confirmed the charges and emphasized that the sentencing reflects the seriousness of identity-theft and fraud offenses.
