In August 2024 the judge signed an order authorizing federal authorities to seize cash and electronic devices recovered from the Park Hyatt Hotel where Combs was initially detained. Attorney Teny Geragos previously filed a court request urging placement at Fort Dix to support drug-abuse treatment and family contact.
