Stephen Bear Guilty
- Stephen Bear pleaded guilty at Thames Magistrates’ Court to five sex-offender-register breaches.
- The breaches covered Brazil travel on 17 January 2025, return on 27 April 2026, a replacement passport on 20 January 2025 and new bank cards on 14 May 2026.
- Solicitor Jesse Williams said Bear thought the travel and passport did not need reporting.
- He will be sentenced for a restraining-order breach on 6 August at Chelmsford Crown Court and for notification offences on 14 August.
