Injuries were reported as follows: at least 19 people wounded in the Sumy-region settlements, 12 wounded in the city of Sumy after the guided-bomb strike, and six wounded when a drone hit a van in Kherson. Rescue teams worked through the night to extinguish fires and clear debris in Balakliia.
