Ohio Rep. Max Miller Remains in Race Amid Multiple Abuse Allegations

A CNN investigation obtained police body-camera footage in which Miller’s ex-wife, Emily Moreno, says he held a gun to her head. Moreno also alleges that Miller fractured their daughter’s collarbone and has faced additional claims from an ex-girlfriend and a woman who says he pushed her down stairs. No criminal charges have been filed, and there are no active investigations into either parent.
