In north Tel Aviv, officers detained a 26-year-old suspected of a large-scale credit-card fraud scheme that involved purchasing computers, luxury clothing, sunglasses and shoes worth hundreds of thousands of shekels.
Judicial Action Against Crime Boss Yossi Musli
A court issued a restriction order against Yossi Musli, head of the Musli crime family, placing him under house arrest, prohibiting contact with other known criminals and banning internet use. Musli had been arrested in July in connection with a series of grenade attacks, arson and shootings that have plagued central and northern Israel throughout the summer. The investigation into those attacks remains open, with additional arrests made nationwide.

Police also responded to a report in Bat Yam of a person brandishing a stun grenade; the suspect was arrested and the attack was foiled. Authorities indicated that the broader probe into the summer-long wave of grenade-related incidents continues, with further suspects expected to be detained.
