Becky G and Karol G Turn Friendship into a Joint Tour

Becky G will continue opening for Karol G on the “Viajando por el Mundo” Tropitour, which began on July 24. Her first appearance was on July 29 at Toronto’s Rogers Stadium, and she has since joined Karol G in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and other major markets. The tour is set to wrap in September at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

The two singers first shared a recording on Mau y Ricky’s 2018 remix of “Mi Mala.” Their 2022 single “MAMIII” topped the Hot Latin Songs chart dated Feb. 26 2022, giving Becky G her first No. 1 and Karol G her fourth. At its peak in March 2022, “MAMIII” simultaneously led six separate Latin tracking charts, a feat not achieved since Daddy Yankee’s “Con Calma” three years earlier.
