The complaint alleges the total number of images and video frames falls between more than 50 and fewer than 300. Highlander told investigators he made the online statements “for trolling” and “rage baiting,” claiming he found them “highly amusing.” He denied participation in any grooming or self-harm encouragement on the Discord servers.
