Transport Disruption
Transport for London (TfL) suspended the entire Metropolitan line and partially closed the Jubilee line between Willesden Green and Wembley Park. National Rail reported delays and cancellations on services to and from London Marylebone as the Aylesbury line was blocked. Residents were advised to keep windows and doors shut because of the dense smoke.
Emergency Response
The London Fire Brigade (LFB) deployed 20 fire engines and 125 firefighters to tackle the incident. The brigade logged more than 70 emergency calls and confirmed that all London Energy employees were safe, with no injuries reported.
