- The spray-painting of “Gaza is not 4 sale” occurred on 8 March 2025 at the resort’s clubhouse.
- The indictment cites malicious damage under Section 31 of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008.
- Accused are Kieran Robson, Uzma Bashir, Ricky Southall, Autumn Taylor Ward, Rebecca Sian Davies, John Moxley and Dylan Chiaramello.
- They will appear in Glasgow High Court on 31 August 2026.
