Spanish Prosecutors Raise
- Prosecutors in Spain raised the count of sexual assaults in Ceuta to 23 after the July 30-31 influx.
- Five of the cases involve rape with penetration, according to the prosecution.
- Nine victims are minors aged 14 to 17.
- Eight alleged perpetrators have been identified: four Moroccans, three Spaniards and one Belgian.
- Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska reported over 100 expulsions and said seven of the 17 assaults were rape.
