Russia attacks heritage
- Russian drones and missiles struck Ukraine on Aug. 29, killing at least 37 people in a Myla warehouse near Kyiv.
- UNESCO Director-General Khaled El-Enany said Russia’s attacks have caused significant damage to protected cultural sites, such as the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra monastery.
