The 12-round main event will headline a four-fight card streamed exclusively on Paramount+ and DAZN. The co-main event features cruiserweight champion Jai Opetaia defending his Zuffa Boxing and The Ring titles against WBC cruiserweight champion Noel Mikaelian. Preliminary bouts begin at 2 p.m. PT and include match-ups such as José Ramírez vs. Alexis Rocha and Pablo Rubio vs. Oswaldo Molina.

Garcia has fought under Oscar De La Hoya’s Golden Boy Promotions since his 2016 debut, while Benn is signed to Dana White’s Zuffa Boxing. In June, Golden Boy sent Zuffa a cease-and-desist letter and De La Hoya publicly criticized the rival promoter; the dispute was ultimately resolved through the intervention of Turki Alalshikh, Zuffa’s co-founder, whose backing enabled the fight to be booked. This bout will be Garcia’s final appearance under his Golden Boy contract, after which he will become a free agent.
