Nebraska Court Declines
- Nebraska Supreme Court declined to hear voter Cara Ullman's challenge to the Fairness for Girls amendment.
- The amendment would require schools to label each team as male, female or coed by biological sex.
- Secretary of State Bob Evnen said the measure qualified for the Nov. 3 ballot after signatures on Aug. 28.
- Evnen must certify the measure by Sep. 11.
