During the night of 9 September, Russian forces launched Iskander-M ballistic missiles, S8000 “Banderol” missiles and 196 Shahed-type UAVs from multiple fronts. Ukrainian aviation, anti-aircraft units, electronic-warfare teams and mobile fire groups repelled the attack, shooting down or suppressing 165 UAVs. The strikes hit 23 locations, with debris falling at four sites.
