Exam Recruitment Manipulation
- The Enforcement Directorate raided the Dehradun home of Chandan Singh Jeena, personal assistant to former Uttarakhand chief minister Harish Rawat, on September 10.
- The raid revealed alleged manipulation of 2016 UKSSSC gram sevak recruitment exams, threatening Uttarakhand youth’s job prospects.
- The agency seized Rs 32 lakh cash, 13 gold coins, seven gold chains and 12 watches.
- It also froze over Rs 52 lakh in Jeena and family accounts, bringing total seized to Rs 1.28 crore.
