- On 15 September 1972, three armed members of the Croatian National Resistance hijacked SAS Flight 130, a DC-9 traveling from Gothenburg to Stockholm. They diverted the aircraft to Malmö’s Bulltofta Airport, demanding the release of Croatians imprisoned for the 1971 Yugoslav embassy shooting that killed Ambassador Vladimir Rolovic.
