Fee, Cancellation and Refund Policy
IGNOU’s fee policy for the July 2026 admissions cycle includes the following points:
- Registration fee is non-refundable.
- Applicants may cancel their application through their online account; a cancelled application cannot be restored.
- If admission has not yet been confirmed, the amount paid will be refunded according to university rules.
- Once admission is confirmed, 15 % of the programme fee is deducted from any refund, with a maximum deduction of INR2,000.
