Wab Kinew Announces DST

- A May survey of 72,000 Manitobans found 92 % favored ending seasonal clock changes.
- 58 % of respondents preferred staying on daylight saving time, while 34 % chose standard time.
- Manitoba will join Alberta, British Columbia, Northwest Territories and Yukon in permanent daylight time.
