Historical Context

The Central Vigilance Commission later reported irregularities in 14 CWG projects and the CBI arrested organizer Suresh Kalmadi in 2011. Today’s raids on the Mohali Area Development Authority echo those earlier investigations, which had examined 53 corruption cases by 2012.
