YouGov released a September 2026 poll modelling seat outcomes for a UK general election if held today.
Modest tactical-voting shifts could sharply cut Reform UK’s projected seats, leaving it behind the Conservatives.
Labour was projected to win 241 seats, 52 short of a majority.
The Conservatives were projected to win 130 seats, a modest increase from 2024.
The poll surveyed 14,000 respondents between Aug 23 and Sept 18 using MRP modelling.
